Business Development Manager

Experience: 4-8 Years
Roles & Responsibility:
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of our services and competition status.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • To Achieve business targets on timeline basis - Monthly , Quarterly & Yearly.
  • Acquire new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.
  • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas with the internal team for go-to market strategies and execute it while liasioning with other internal departments.
  • Creating project briefs after the client meeting and articulating it to the operations and marketing team for excellent delivery.
Skills:
  • Minimum 4-8 years experience as Sales Manager.
  • Creating professional level documents like Presentation and Excel, with a sense of design and aesthetics.
  • Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Write compelling business proposals with effective communication.
  • Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital.

Job Description:
  • As a Client Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Your role will be instrumental in driving client success and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with digital clients, understanding their business objectives, and acting as a trusted advisor. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are being met and provide proactive support and guidance.
  • Account Management: Take ownership of client accounts, overseeing all aspects of the client relationship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical departments, to develop and execute strategies that align with client goals.
  • Client Success: Drive client success by identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance their digital presence. Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on industry trends and best practices. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and deliver performance reviews to clients.
  • Greviance Addresal: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Work closely with internal teams to address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Take ownership of problem-solving and provide solutions that align with client needs.
  • Upselling and Renewals: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell additional products or services to existing clients. Proactively work on contract renewals and negotiate terms to maximize client retention.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather client feedback and contribute to the development of new products or services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies. Share insights and best practices with clients, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in digital solutions.
Key Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client service management or account management, preferably in the media, telecom, IT, banking, or digital industry.(Optional)
  • A strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Graphic Designer

Experience: 0 to 1 year
Job Description:
  • The candidate is expected to design Social Media Creatives, Brochures, Product Catalog Designs etc.
  • Ability to come up with different types of design concepts according to the client's / Content writer's brief.
  • Work with a wide range of Media and use graphic design softwares
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
Software Knowledge:

The candidate should have perfect knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

Requirements:
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
